BL – 413 Plot in Modi with approved building licenses

Chania for sale, plot in Modi

A plot of land for sale in the village of Modi—a location of exceptional beauty, situated at an altitude of 80 meters amidst vast olive and orange groves. The village of Modi derives its name from antiquity, as the ancient city of Modaia once stood on this very site.

The plot comes with two approved building permits: one for the construction of a 101 m2 residence, and the second for a 123 m2 residence.

It is an idyllic area that has been developing in recent years, literally nestled within a picturesque, lush green landscape.
